This Italian Vegetable Salad with Veggies with Protein is one of my new favorite dishes!
The vegetables are topped with a sweet and spicy sauce, and they are served with a super simple, super filling, and super delicious vegetarian salad.
I made this salad while on vacation in Japan, and it is a real treat!
