In my mind, a soup with a large variety of vegetables would be a good choice.
A vegetable soup with more than 5-6 vegetables in it can be a really good choice, too.
But for me, I prefer to have one soup, or two or three, or four or five to have as many options as possible.
I also like to have different types of vegetables, and not just one type.
In my case, I love the cabbage and sweet peppers in a veggie soup.
As for the other vegetables, I like the carrots, celery, sweet potatoes, and spinach.
And of course, I also like the beans.
If you are vegan, you can use any kind of meat or dairy-free vegetable you want.
Vegetables are very versatile and can be cooked with a few different methods, which I have described here.
For a vegetarian, you should be able to make this recipe using a lot of vegetables.
You can use tofu, tofu sprouts, lentils, or other plant-based proteins.
