Eating healthier on the Atkins diet can be a big deal, especially for people who want to lose weight.
It also is a lot easier to keep your weight on the diet, if you have a good sense of how much you need.
That’s the premise of a new podcast called “The Diet Cure,” which is hosted by two experts in the field of diet and health, and the episode has been making the rounds on the Internet.
It’s not easy, they admit, but if you’re willing to take a little time to work on it, you can get a good deal on food.
