Eating healthier on the Atkins diet can be a big deal, especially for people who want to lose weight.

It also is a lot easier to keep your weight on the diet, if you have a good sense of how much you need.

That’s the premise of a new podcast called “The Diet Cure,” which is hosted by two experts in the field of diet and health, and the episode has been making the rounds on the Internet.

It’s not easy, they admit, but if you’re willing to take a little time to work on it, you can get a good deal on food.

Diet cure podcast: 10 tips for a healthier, more active life article “The first step to becoming a more active person,” says Diet Cure co-host and Harvard professor Richard Besser.

“We think of it as just a lifestyle, but that’s not the case.

If you think of exercise as being a tool, and you put it on your diet, it’s a tool.

If it’s something you do to manage your stress and manage your weight, it is a tool.”

This episode is part of the Medical News Minute podcast series, which features informative interviews with experts in health and medicine.
