A recipe for avocado and avocados smoothies has been created by a woman in her 30s who had the perfect combination of the two.

It uses avocado, avocado oil, avocado powder and avocaage.
The avocado is the star ingredient, but the avocado juice is used as a condiment.

“It’s a little bit of a weird mix,” Marie Larkins told ABC News.
“You’ve got the avocado, then the avocado oil and the avocado powder, which is the avocado itself.”
She used coconut milk to make the avocado smoothie, and coconut water to add the avocado to the mixture.
It’s also the first time that the avocado and coconut milk have been used in a smoothie.
“I think it’s going to be a little tricky, it might be a bit too sweet,” she said.
The avocado smoothies are a hit in her local restaurant, The Bar at the Hilton, and she’s trying to take it to a wider audience.
“People are loving it, so I’m hoping that it’ll spread,” she added.
Marie Larkin said she had already created a similar avocado smoothy recipe for her mum who is also a fitness enthusiast.
The recipes have been shared widely on social media.
