A new type of vegan deliver service is now available in Melbourne.
Vegetarian delivery service ramps vegetables.
The new service allows customers to pick up and deliver vegetables in a convenient manner.
Vegan delivery service has been available in Perth for the last couple of years.
The first one was launched in October, the second one in December.
Customers pick up a parcel, place the parcel on a table and wait for delivery.
Customer service is provided by a local delivery company.
Customs officers in Melbourne say the service is a welcome addition to Melbourne’s market and will help reduce food waste.
The service, which costs $60 a day, can deliver a single vegetable from the local supermarket, including greens, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach, parsnips and watercress.
Custom food delivery service, Vegan Deliver, has a similar service in the US.
